Shipping & returns

The current Checkout configuration accepts United States destinations only. International shipping, customs, duties, brokerage, currency conversion, and non-US delivery ranges are not currently offered.

If Stripe Checkout cannot accept a destination or address, the order is not charged and the cart remains available.

Standard shipping costs $4.99 for U.S. orders. Estimated total time after ordering is 5–14 business days, including production. Provider holidays, address problems, and carrier disruption can add time.

Items may be produced or shipped separately. Your account and shipment emails list each package we receive from the provider. A tracking link is shown only when it is a normalized HTTPS URL; otherwise we show the tracking number as text.

Products are printed to order, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Email hello@komiarts.shop with your safe order reference, a description, and photos of damage or the wrong item when relevant. Do not send a full Stripe Session ID, card data, password, or one-time sign-in link. We will review replacement, refund, and carrier options based on the facts and applicable rights.

Production begins shortly after paid confirmation, so there is no guaranteed cancellation window. Contact us immediately; we will help when production has not advanced, but cannot promise a change after submission.
