KomiArts is a small, independent online shop selling die-cut, kiss-cut, and holographic anime stickers. Our stickers are produced and shipped on our behalf by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. You can reach us any time at komiartsshop@gmail.com.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Site and order only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By ordering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You can check out as a guest or create an optional account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. Please tell us right away at komiartsshop@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate an account, or refuse or cancel any order, at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or a pricing error.

Our stickers are made to order. We do our best to display our products accurately, but because screens, monitors, and browsers render color differently, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your device exactly match the physical sticker you receive. Slight variations in color, cut, and finish are normal for made-to-order printed products and are not considered defects. Holographic finishes in particular shift in appearance depending on lighting and angle. We may add, change, or discontinue products at any time.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping destination. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount, including tax and shipping; a temporary authorization hold may appear before the final charge.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. KomiArts does not collect or store your full card number, security code, or other sensitive payment details — these are handled directly by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. If a payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed or fulfilled. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change prices at any time before you purchase; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Because every sticker is made to order, cancellations and changes are only possible before your order enters production. If you need to cancel or edit an order (including your shipping address), contact us at komiartsshop@gmail.com as soon as possible — ideally within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

All sales are final. Because our stickers are printed on demand specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, the wrong size or item selected at checkout, or buyer’s remorse.

We stand behind the quality of our products. We will provide a free replacement or a refund if your order is:

• defective or misprinted;
• damaged in transit;
• the wrong item (different from what you ordered); or
• lost in transit (never delivered).

To make a claim, email us at komiartsshop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery (or, for a package lost in transit, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date). Please include your order number and clear photo(s) of the issue — and, for shipping damage, a photo of the packaging. Once approved, we will reprint and reship your order or issue a refund; you do not need to mail the affected item back to us.

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address you provided, or that go unclaimed, may be reshipped at your expense. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Stickers are printed on demand, so please allow a short production window (typically a few business days) before your order ships, plus transit time from the carrier. All production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If we are unable to fulfill your order within a reasonable time, we will notify you and offer you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Risk of loss and title for your order pass to you once we hand the products to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address; we are not liable for delays, misdelivery, or loss resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

For orders shipped internationally, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are set and charged by your local customs authority, are not within our control, and are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure whether such charges apply.

From time to time we offer promotional codes, including a one-time 10% welcome discount for newsletter subscribers. Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes are valid on your first order only, are limited to one use per customer, apply to the product subtotal only (excluding shipping and taxes), cannot be combined with any other offer, have no cash value, and expire 90 days after they are issued. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion, and to void codes that are obtained through unauthorized channels or used fraudulently (including creating multiple accounts to obtain additional codes).

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to, scrape, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or its systems;
• resell, redistribute, or commercially reproduce our stickers or their designs;
• abuse our promotions or discount system, or provide false information; or
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of anyone.

All content on this Site — including the KomiArts name, logo, text, graphics, product photography, layout, and design — is owned by or licensed to KomiArts and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission. Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold or commercially reproduced.

KomiArts respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you are a rights-holder and believe that any design or content on our Site infringes your copyright or trademark, please contact us at komiartsshop@gmail.com so we can review and, where appropriate, promptly remove the material. To help us act quickly, please include: your signature (physical or electronic); identification of the work you claim is infringed; identification of the material in question and its location (for example, the product URL); your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorized to act on its behalf.

We rely on trusted third parties to run our shop, and your use of the Site and your purchases are also subject to their terms and privacy policies:

• Printful — print-on-demand production, fulfillment, and shipping.
• Stripe — secure payment processing.
• Resend — order and newsletter email delivery.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.

To process your orders and run our shop, we collect information such as your name, email address, shipping and billing details, and order history. Your payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, not stored by us. We share the information needed to fulfill your order with Printful (to produce and ship it) and Resend (to email you). If you join our newsletter, you consent to receive marketing emails, including your one-time welcome code; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

The Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KomiArts’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KomiArts and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which KomiArts’s owner resides and maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the effective date above will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
