Products are printed to order. Screen colors, crop, and the placement of a printed design can vary slightly from a digital preview. Available sizes, price, and specifications on the product page are revalidated before Checkout.

We may correct a listing or stop offering an unavailable item before payment. We do not substitute a different product after payment without contacting you.

Stripe hosts Checkout and processes payment. The cart is an estimate; the Stripe page shows the final merchandise, discount, shipping, tip, and total before you authorize payment. We store all reported amounts separately and require them to reconcile to the charged total.

An order is accepted for fulfillment only after Stripe confirms payment. If a paid order cannot be submitted safely, we place it in manual review and ask you not to order again.

Under the current immediate-production model, production begins shortly after payment is confirmed. There is no guaranteed cancellation window. Contact support immediately if you made a mistake, but a change or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Our print providers can ship to most countries. The destination selector is authoritative for current Checkout availability, and shipping rates depend on the selected destination and number of provider items in the order. Free shipping on U.S. merchandise subtotals of $40.00 or more is a U.S.-only promotion, applied before discounts, tips, and tax.

Due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations, we currently do not ship to Cuba; Iran; North Korea; the Crimea Region, Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic; Ukraine; Russia; Belarus; Palestine (Gaza Strip); or Syria. International customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, currency-conversion fees, or other carrier charges imposed outside Checkout are the recipient’s responsibility unless Checkout explicitly says they were collected.

The displayed 5–14 business days is the U.S. total estimate after ordering, not transit alone. International timing varies by destination. Estimates are not guarantees, and multi-item orders can arrive in more than one package.

Because products are printed to order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. If an item is damaged, wrong, materially defective, or does not arrive, contact us with the safe order reference and photos where relevant so we can review an appropriate replacement, refund, or carrier remedy.

The newsletter offer is a single-use 10% welcome code. The email states its expiration. Codes are not reissued automatically after they expire or are used, have no cash value, and cannot be stacked with another code in this Checkout. A canceled or failed payment does not itself prove a code was redeemed.

Mystery-box selections are made from eligible current catalog items and frozen before payment. The customer-facing order shows the purchased box, while exact hidden contents are shared only with fulfillment. Availability rules can make a box temporarily unavailable.

Email ownership must be verified before password access is enabled. Keep one-time links and passwords private. Do not interfere with the service, bypass purchase limits, submit fraudulent payments, or misuse promotions.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
